Morgan Holtz is a strategic operator and people-first leader with 13 years of experience in the coffee and multi-unit retail industry — 12 of which were spent in leadership roles building high-performing teams, opening new locations, and designing the operational cultures that make businesses thrive.

As Senior Director of Growth and Operations at Clutch Coffee Bar, Morgan led the expansion from 2 stores to 19 locations across multiple states — overseeing every store rollout, field execution, and full P&L responsibility. Revenue grew 200% from $4.4M to $13.4M, headcount scaled from 85 to 350, and four-wall profit grew from $150K to over $1M.

Before Clutch, Morgan served as Head Trainer at Dutch Bros Coffee, leading teams of 30 trainers to execute new store openings across the country — designing the training frameworks and operational playbooks that supported the brand's rapid national expansion.
